Order Fulfillment Agent

📋 Description

• Accurately pick and pack finished goods for dispensary orders.
• Retrieve products from vault/high shelves using order picker.
• Verify batch labels and ensure unit counts match manifests.
• Create and confirm unit counts and compliance labels per manifests.
• Tote and seal finished orders for delivery; stage outgoing orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year (2-3 preferred) in a factory or manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail; follow policies and procedures.
• Well organized; able to meet deadlines; good time management.
• Works well with peers; effective communication.
• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer skills.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs; exposure to plant material.
