Order Fulfillment Agent

📋 Description

• Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, toting, and processing all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with our 3rd party transporter to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in factory/production, 2-3 preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies.
• Well organized; able to meet deadlines; team oriented.
• Effective communication skills.
• Effective time-management; multi-task.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge.
• Must stand for 6+ hours daily; lift up to 50 lbs.
• 21+ years old to apply.
• Must comply with all legal/company regulations for working in the industry.
