- Configure and support Cerner HIM modules (Coding, Abstracting, Deficiency, Chart Tracking)
- Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT to ensure accurate coding.
- Support ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS coding compliance.
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, and go-live support.
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HIM, Health Admin, or related field (or equivalent).
- 3–7+ years HIM/coding experience in healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) HIM modules.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance standards.
- Experience with system implementation, optimization, or consulting engagements.
