🎯 Requirements
- 6-10 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience
- Implementation lead for 4+ Oracle Cloud HCM projects
- Oracle Certified in Oracle Cloud Payroll module
- Strong business communication and client-facing skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, CRPs, configuration, testing, and training
- Knowledge of additional HCM Cloud modules (Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, HR Help Desk) is a plus
