📋 Description

Lead Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management deployment
Analyze business processes and design solutions
Configure, validate, integrate and deploy solutions
Work with North America leads on discovery sessions
Document requirements and conduct CRPs/UAT
Support deployment and 30-day post-go-live issues

🎯 Requirements

4-8 years Oracle Cloud HCM experience
Experience in Time and Labor and Absence Management
HCM Cloud modules (Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, HR Help Desk) is a plus
3+ Oracle Cloud HCM projects with hands-on configuration
Strong client-facing communication skills
Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams
Oracle Cloud Certification in Time and Labor and Absence Management
