  • 6+ years in Oracle HRMS functional consulting
  • Hands-on with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS
  • Core HR, OTL, Payroll, Absence Management, SSHR
  • HRMS implementations, upgrades, and support
  • HR processes and statutory compliance (India payroll preferred)
  • AMX workflows, approvals, and security profiles
