Drive stakeholder meetings, configuration, Lean specs, FUTs, and validation.
Conduct workshops to translate needs into Oracle solutions.
Mentor juniors and contribute to practice growth.

🎯 Requirements

7–12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
Proven experience leading module-level delivery
Strong hands-on expertise: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes knowledge
Data migration and system integrations
