🎯 Requirements

8+ years Oracle EBS or Cloud with PPM focus
3+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations as functional lead
Deep understanding: Project Financial Management, Costing, Billing, Contracts
Hands-on config: project structures, costing methods, billing rules
Experience gathering requirements, fit-gap, testing, training
Strong verbal and written communication with clients and teams
