Lead end-to-end solution development aligning business and technical needs.
Guide cross-functional teams; translate requirements to configuration.
Establish technical guidelines and governance for Fusion apps.
Mentor developers; train users on Financial modules.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in financial systems and accounting.
ERP design/implementation experience with advanced reporting.
Experience with cost allocation, cost collection, and P&L calculations.
Fund (Grant) accounting concepts for public sector.
Full lifecycle of 3+ financial implementations with hands-on configurations.
Lead role on at least 2 ERP implementation projects.
