- Process daily activity: trades, exercises/assignments, expirations, reconciliations.
- Resolve trade breaks and discrepancies with counterparties and clearing firms.
- Ensure prompt processing of corporate actions and related events.
- Monitor OCC notices and market changes; address operational impact.
- Collaborate with ops, technology and compliance to improve processing.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years experience with OCC Encore in clearing; fintech ops knowledge.
- Experience with platforms like Broadridge BPS, Phase3, BetaNxt or InteliClear.
- Strong understanding of US Options retail, clearing, and trade flows.
- Knowledge of OCC flows in trade processing and clearing.
- Familiarity with OCC file types and cycles (E&A files, CMR, position files).
- FOCUS reporting and segregation reporting exposure for options clearing.
- FINRA S7/S4 licenses.
