📋 Description

• Assess impact of change across products, tech, and regulatory initiatives.
• Define operational readiness requirements and ensure capacity alignment.
• Coordinate readiness activities and governance across initiatives.
• Support change delivery with capacity assessments and leadership input.
• Oversee deployment readiness and Go/No-Go decisions with ops leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting strategic projects from initiation through embedding and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, ideally within financial services or banking.
• Ability to manage multiple change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills to drive collaboration and clarity.
