Optical Office Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver an exceptional patient, teammate, and partner experience with high-quality service
• Lead day-to-day clinic operations with efficient workflows and clear goals
• Partner with the optometrist and cross-functional teams to support patient care and outcomes
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop team in an inclusive, growth-focused environment
• Maintain clinic equipment, software, and workflows to ensure safe, reliable operations
• Manage frame inventory and vendor relationships to maintain product availability and cost awareness

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• ABO certification preferred or equivalent optical leadership experience
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management
• Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of EHR systems
