Optical Lab Supervisor

📋 Description

• Serve as SME for department on equipment, workflows, optics, and quality.
• Train Tech-1/Tech-2/Tech-3 on processes, tools, safety, software, and equipment.
• Drive department KPIs with Lab Manager: productivity, on-time delivery, quality, breakage.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operations: mechanical issues, bottlenecks, defects.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability.
• Maintain a clean, safe department meeting safety and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in production/manufacturing (optical preferred).
• Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop frontline associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable with performance metrics and operational data.
