The Position

We are seeking aLab

Engineer
with strong cybersecurity expertise to design, build, and support hands-on virtuallab

environments used for training, testing, and educational purposes. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with cybersecurity tools, virtualized infrastructures, and a passion for creating immersive learning environments for adult learners.

What You Will Be Doing

Design, deploy, and maintaincybersecuritylab
environmentsfor training and education.
Build and configurevirtual environments(VirtualBox, Hyper-V, ESXi, or similar).
Integrate, manage, and troubleshoot industry-standard cybersecurity tools such as:

Nmap, Wireshark, Splunk, Snort, Squid, F5 BIG-IP, Metasploit, and related platforms.

Collaborate with instructional designers and trainers to ensurelab
s support course objectives.
Developlab
documentation, guides, and automation scriptsto streamline learner experience.
Maintainlab
stability, scalability, and security to support multiple concurrent learners.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations for enhancinglab
-based learning.
(Preferred) LeverageSkillable Studioforlab
creation and delivery.

What We Need From You

Strong hands-on experience withcybersecurity toolsand technologies (listed above).
Proficiency withvirtualization platforms: VirtualBox, Hyper-V, ESXi, or equivalents.
Experience designing and maintainingvirtuallab
environmentsfor cybersecurity training, education, or corporate environments.
Familiarity withindustry-recognized certificationssuch as:

CompTIA (Security+, CySA+, PenTest+, CASP+)
EC-Council (CEH, CHFI, etc.)
SANS/GIAC
ISC² (CISSP, SSCP, CCSP, etc.)

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

Experience working withSkillable Studioforlab
development.
Background inadult-learning environmentsor instructional design.
Previous experience as acybersecurity instructor/trainer, with a proven record oflab
development.
Cloud environment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) forlab
hosting is a plus."
