The Position

We are

seeking

a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team in Tampa. Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting, this in-office role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting global financial reporting, and driving process improvements to scale with our growth.

What You Will be Doing

Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual
close
processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Coordinate with our international team in Vietnam
, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., tax, FP&A, order operations) to support business initiatives and ensure financial integrity.
Assist
in the
review
of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
Support technical accounting initiatives including
revenue recognition, leasing, and stock-based compensation
.
Drive automation and process optimization across accounting workflows
, implementing
best practices aligned with a SOX internal control environment.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Responsible for reviewing/approving T&E transactions
in
accordance
with
company policy
.
Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.

What We Need from You

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
; CPA preferred.
Minimum
3+
years of progressive accounting experience
.
Big 4
accounting firm e
xperience
is strongly
preferred.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
