📋 Description

• Own operating rhythm across Life Sciences initiatives; align teams.
• Lead 1 priority initiative end-to-end with cross-functional execution.
• Maintain a single source of truth for owners, milestones, risks.
• Run portfolio planning and exec-facing reporting with clear visibility into priorities.
• Drive decision velocity by structuring options and quick tradeoffs.
• Partner with FDE, Research, Applied Evals to translate learnings into feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 6+ years in BizOps, Program Management, Product, Strategy and Ops, or equivalent roles.
• Build structure in ambiguity; turn fuzzy problems into clear owners and milestones.
• Think in systems; identify root causes and install guardrails.
• Influence senior stakeholders through clear writing and reliable follow-through.
• Operate with high execution hygiene; run well-scoped meetings and projects.
• Translate technical complexity into operator clarity and keep owners accountable.
