- Partner with Ops, Risk, Compliance, Product, Eng to define metrics and cadence.
- Prepare operational reports to support daily data needs, audits, and reviews.
- Monitor anomalies, escalate issues, and propose root-cause remedies.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in data/ops/risk analytics in payments/fintech.
- BA or higher in Statistics, Math, CS, Data Science, Economics, or related.
- Strong SQL and Excel; Python (Pandas/NumPy) preferred.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and dashboards.
- Knowledge of cross-border payments, risk, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and clear communication; English proficiency.
