📋 Description

• Welcome members with warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policy and protect member data.
• Work solo or with a team to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Conduct outreach 50%+ of time to educate on Oportun services.
• Build relationships with local businesses for outreach.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy talking with people.
• Weekend availability with rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
