📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process transactions, following policies and protecting member data.
• Work in-store or independently; exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services during outreach more than 50% of time.
• Build relationships with local businesses and conduct outreach at events.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused, enjoy talking with people.
• Weekend availability with rotating schedule.
• Able to work outdoors year-round.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
