• Welcome members with warm greeting and service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member data.
• Work solo or with teammates; exceed daily lending goals.
• Conduct 50%+ outreach educating members about services.
• Build local business relationships and assist with applications.
• Light housekeeping; use iPads; travel between sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy talking with people.
• Loves helping members via outreach and education.
• Weekend availability and rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds; basic computer and office skills.
