📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process all transactions per policies and protect member data.
• Work solo or with others while meeting daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun during outreach (50%+ time).
• Light housekeeping to keep area welcoming and presentable.
• Travel between designated locations within a reasonable commute.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends and rotating schedules.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
• Able to work outdoors year-round for outreach.
