• Welcome members with warm, quality service.
• Process transactions per policies; protect member data.
• Work solo or in a team to meet lending goals.

• Build relationships with local businesses to generate leads.
• Use iPads/QR codes to start applications; light housekeeping.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy talking with people.
• Comfortable with outreach and educating potential members.
• Available to work weekends; rotating schedule.
• Regular attendance; ability to travel between locations.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones/scanners/iPads; lift up to 25 lbs.
