Operator Enablement Director

📋 Description

• Build and deliver the Raft Operator Enablement Course.
• Travel to military installations to deliver in person.
• Create video content, docs, and hands-on scenarios.
• Own product documentation for RDP and RAIMS.
• Host biweekly customer office hours, virtual and on-site.
• Support growth by writing RFIs and RFP responses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in technical enablement or training.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong understanding of military ops and C2 workflows.
• Experience creating training content (video/docs/labs) for technical products.
• Excellent communication; comfortable presenting to operators.
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, or AI/ML in ops.
• Experience contributing to government RFI/RFP responses.
• Willingness to travel to military installations, including Hawaii.
