🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership with KPI-driven communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store
- Agile; able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
