📋 Description

• Reconcile investor capital calls and resolve outstanding items.
• Onboard wires and perform callbacks per policy in the data system.
• Open bank accounts with global teams and partners.
• Update bank account records in the data management system.
• Maintain relationships with banks to ensure value delivery and deadlines.
• Create and maintain user access, bank accounts, and wire templates in the TMS.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mindset to pursue excellence and collaborate across teams.
• Collaborative with ability to solve problems across functions.
• Bias for action with focus on improvement, value creation, and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Master’s in Finance/Accounting; professional certification preferred.
• 8-10 years in treasury/financial operations; experience with Coupa, Workiva, Hazeltree, Smartsheet, Excel.
