Lead a team of ~30 Autonomous GSE Operators across two shifts at ATL
Publish weekly operator schedules and tug assignments
Approve/deny operator time-off and track attendance
Monitor real-time fleet performance; intervene when service levels, safety, or equipment deviate
Lead daily pre-shift and post-shift briefings
Lead investigations of safety incidents; produce root-cause and corrective actions
