Lead logistics execution in a fast-paced hardware startup as we stand up a new facility.
Own material movement across multiple new factories; refine MES/ERP tools.
Define and iterate processes to deliver fast planes.
Oversee Production Coordination and Inventory teams in LA-area factories.
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Facilities.
Support production ramp and site readiness; drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in logistics, warehouse ops, or materials mgmt in manufacturing/hardware.
1+ year of direct team leadership (lead/supervisor).
Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, FIFO/5S, cycle counting.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions and material tracking.
Ability to build or improve processes in dynamic environments.
Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
