📋 Description

• Lead hourly team to hit daily goals via clear communication and coaching.
• Address capacity bottlenecks and quality issues using input from partners.
• Schedule and coordinate product testing events and pickups as needed.
• Communicate with brand partners about scheduling and delivery windows.
• Produce detailed daily performance reports vs goals.
• Provide excellent service to brand partners and retailers.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ to work in cannabis industry
• Cannabis experience: 2+ years
• Customer service: 2+ years
• Last-mile distribution and logistics: 2+ years
• Associate degree or 2 years relevant work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
