Lead hourly team to hit daily ops and delivery goals through clear coaching and delegation.
Identify capacity bottlenecks and quality gaps via input from internal/external partners.
Support on-demand tasks including scheduling, product testing events, and pick-ups.
Communicate with brand partners on scheduling, delivery windows, and order details.
Produce detailed reporting of daily performance versus goals.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service to partners and retailers.

🎯 Requirements

Must be 21 years or older to work in the cannabis industry
Cannabis experience: 2+ years
Last-mile distribution and logistics: 2+ years
Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
Outstanding communication and people skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
