Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversees productivity and daily operations; reports to Operations Manager.
• Lead hourly team members to meet daily goals via coaching and delegation.
• Address capacity bottlenecks and quality issues using internal/external inputs.
• Support tasks on an as-needed basis, incl. scheduling and product testing.
• Communicate with brand partners on scheduling, delivery windows, and orders.
• Produce detailed daily performance reports vs. goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old to work in cannabis.
• Cannabis experience: 2+ years.
• Last-mile distribution and logistics: 2+ years.
• Associate degree or 2 years relevant work experience.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, and twist.
