- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians with hands-on coaching.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and skills development to ensure SOP compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- Willingness to obtain IL Pharmacy Technician license and CPhT within defined timeframe.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of people management in high-volume ops (fulfillment, etc.).
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism in interactions with patients and team.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making under pressure.
- Comfortable with pharmacy automation and tech-driven workflows.
