Own and optimize global order fulfillment, returns, and inventory management.
Become primary ops contact for customers and internal teams; meet SLOs.
Resolve escalations by coordinating with internal teams and vendors; root-cause analysis.
Drive process improvements; review activities and implement corrective actions.
Advise customers on catalog and inventory optimization to cut costs.
Analyze data to inform purchasing, inventory, and vendor performance.

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years in ops, supply chain, or inventory mgmt in tech/B2B.
Experience managing end-to-end fulfillment and returns; global scope a plus.
Strong data analysis skills; comfortable pulling/interpreting metrics.
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira).
Clear written and verbal communication for a remote, global team.
Problem-solving mindset with proactive root-cause analysis.
