📋 Description

  • Own and optimize global fulfillment, returns, and inventory

  • Strong data analysis skills—pulling and interpreting metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira)
  • Clear written and verbal communication across a remote, global team
  • Problem-solving mindset with proactive root-cause analysis
