IT & technology support (hands-on).
New Hire IT onboarding for smooth tech experience.
Troubleshoot IT issues: connectivity, password resets, OKTA, peripherals, room tech.
Maintain local tech asset inventory.
Coordinate with centralized IT on escalations and asset tracking.
Ensure meeting rooms and office tech are ready for use.

🎯 Requirements

3–4 years in IT support, people operations, or similar hybrid role.
Hands-on laptop provisioning, troubleshooting, and asset management.
Apple OSX, MacBooks, Google Workspace, OKTA experience.
Willing to work onsite in Porto 2–3 days per week.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual Portuguese and English; strong communication.

🎁 Benefits

€45,000 - €55,000 annual salary.
