🎯 Requirements
- 3–4 years in grocery/retail/last-mile ops with multi-site mgmt.
- Experience leading Senior Associates or Team Leads.
- Strong knowledge of grocery metrics: B10s, accuracy, IUNS, rejections, cancellations.
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills; data-driven actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communications (written and verbal).
- Proficient with mobile/tablet apps, dashboards, and reporting tools.
