📋 Description

  • Own, design, and execute large-scale projects to improve the courier journey.
  • Define and drive social media and community strategy for couriers.
  • Establish and own the official Tone of Voice for courier communications.
  • Manage and optimize the courier website and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze data and feedback to translate insights into initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Support, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in community management, social media, or customer/user experience.
  • Experience building and scaling digital communities and social platforms.
  • Proven success managing large cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive business cases and product roadmaps.
  • Experience defining a brand's Tone of Voice across multi-channel communications.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English; strong communication and influence.
