🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in community management, social media, or customer/user experience.
- Experience building and scaling digital communities and social platforms.
- Proven success managing large cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive business cases and product roadmaps.
- Experience defining a brand's Tone of Voice across multi-channel communications.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English; strong communication and influence.
