- Advanced Google Sheets; automation via Apps Script, Zapier, or Make.
- Comfortable with AI tools and agent-based automation to streamline workflows.
- Experience evaluating and rolling out new processes or AI-enabled workflows with documentation of impact.
- Strong communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
