Identify, investigate, and escalate abnormal customer activities or transactions.
Support product reviews, business assessments, and risk evaluations with insights.
Contribute to process improvements to boost efficiency, SLA, and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years payment business operations experience in cross-border payments, domestic payments and banking.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Understanding of cross-border payment operations and risk management practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
