Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage crypto and fiat trade settlements with internal/external stakeholders.
• Reconcile trades from post-trade to settlement to ensure accuracy.
• Track asset inventory and align with settlement requirements.
• Whitelist crypto addresses across venues and custody platforms.
• Manage and add banking beneficiaries; oversee related banking services.
• Oversee collection and organization of external counterparty trade data.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in crypto trading operations, focusing on settlements and reconciliation.
• Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills to reconcile and track asset balances.
• Familiarity with crypto operations/settlements tools and services.
• Nice to have: Python and SQL for querying trade data and dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
