Operations Shift Lead (26-065)

📋 Description

• Direct day-to-day Global operations to ensure service availability and security.
• Collaborate with Regional CWO and Command Center leadership for coordinated execution.
• Maintain real-time system status and inform leadership of operational conditions.
• Ensure reports are accurate and delivered to program management and leadership.
• Manage shift staffing and verify proper manning levels.
• Conduct shift change briefings to ensure continuity of operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Project management, planning, and resource management experience.
• Experience leading personnel in ops/maintenance of large-scale systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise networks, systems, and cyber defense.
• Ability to brief technical issues and deliver reports using Visio/PowerPoint.
• Directing assessment and development of TTPs and OIs.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with Agile environments and JIRA.
