- Proven experience launching or scaling physical operations (warehouses, centers, etc).
- Strong analytical skills with operational metrics experience.
- Background in high-growth or scaling organizations.
- Comfort leading complex, ambiguous initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-moving environments.
- Nice to Have: global/international operations experience.
- Nice to Have: experience leading facility moves or major operational transitions.
