  • Monitor Pix transactions, availability, failures, rejections, refunds daily.
  • Track KPIs: transaction success, processing times, volumes, refunds, fraud.
  • Monitor system health, alerts, and payment processing anomalies.

  • Act as Level 2 support for critical payment/operational cases.

🎯 Requirements

  • Knowledge of Pix, payment flows, digital accounts, and financial ops.
  • Experience supporting operational incidents and customer escalations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Familiarity with operational monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and incident processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on and problem-solving oriented profile.
