- 3+ years of industry experience; Life/Annuity experience or TPA vendor management preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Strong relationship-building and verbal/written communications skills
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of staff and working under pressure
- Ability to quickly learn product lines, procedures, and workflows
