Operations Representative

📋 Description

• Join Deliveroo Rider Onboarding/Compliance Team to onboard riders and ensure compliance.
• Support onboarding and guide applicants through the lifecycle across markets.
• Manage onboarding pipelines to meet weekly hiring targets and identify blockers.
• Launch new markets and contribute to rider apply page to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Vendors and perform weekly QA work to targets.
• Escalate issues with proposed solutions and share feedback with your manager.

• You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• You are comfortable following structured processes and escalating where guidance is needed
