🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping large-scale systems.
Strong business sense and understanding of operations.
Deep hands-on Golang expertise, including concurrency and memory management.
Proven track record building user-facing features with TypeScript/React.
Proficient with SQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience with observability, tracing, and continuous profiling.
