- Own and deliver work packages across engineering, manufacturing, and operations for launch.
- Lead cross-functional planning across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
- Drive supplier and factory readiness; validate MBOMs and ERP/MRP/MES for launch.
- Orchestrate pre-production builds; ensure milestones meet quality, cost, and schedule.
- Track schedules, critical paths, risks, and recovery plans for on-time delivery.
- Maintain supplier relationships and handoffs from development to production planning.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 7+ years in program management, manufacturing engineering, or operations in aerospace.
- Proven success delivering programs from development through pre-production to production.
- Strong technical acumen; able to dive deep with engineers and communicate with executives.
- Solid understanding of MBOM, ERP, MRP, MES, and manufacturing operations.
- Electric powertrain development experience preferred; travel up to 25%.
