Operations Program Manager (Computer Vision), Public Sector

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, analytics, and delivery.
• Develop and optimize computer vision workflows and data quality evaluation.
• Own execution of data annotation workflows across modalities (geospatial imagery, video).
• Optimize data annotation workflows with systems analysis to improve ML outcomes.
• Define data-driven operational efficiencies on these workflows to achieve business outcomes.
• Partner with engagement managers to shape outcomes for Scale's Public Sector customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as GM/PM or similar leadership role in operations.
• Ability to work onsite in downtown Saint Louis, MO or the Washington DC area.
• Analytical, automation-focused mindset for robust integrations and metrics-led results.
• History of successful PM and comfort in ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on customer + mission needs.
• Nice to have: TS-SCI clearance; technical background; Gov experience; ML ops for CV; MBA.
