Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Focus on rigorous execution of NPI milestones and schedules.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between Engineering and Operations.
• Own master NPI checklist for EVT, DVT, and PVT milestones.
• Manage product launch schedule; forecast risks and mitigate.
• Ensure CTB readiness and factory prep for each build cycle.
• Drive tooling development and fixture readiness to meet milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or NPI coordination within hardware manufacturing.
• Experience with complex hardware and global multi-tier supply chains.
• Deep experience with hardware product development lifecycle management and EVT/DVT/PVT milestones.
• Hands-on experience with Arena PLM or similar PLM to manage BOMs and ECOs.
• Travel up to 10%, including international travel.
