Drive operational improvements within an assigned vertical
Identify recurring issues and design durable process enhancements
Partner with Leads to improve KPI performance and operational health
Translate frontline insights into scalable workflow or tooling improvements
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders
Monitor performance trends and recommend interventions to reduce risk and inefficiency

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience in Operations, Support, or related functions
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects
Strong analytical and root-cause problem solving skills
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Experience working with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and ops tooling
