🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years experience in manufacturing, hardware operations, or program management.
- Proven track record managing complex manufacturing programs from concept to production.
- Experience with new product or process introductions in high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong ability to align cross-functional teams and drive decision-making in ambiguous situations.
- Familiarity with SMT, assembly, test, and pack-out.
